SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2023-- SiTime Corporation (NASDAQ: SITM), the precision timing company, today announced that Beth Howe has been named SiTime’s executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) effective November 8, 2023. Art Chadwick has made the decision to step down as CFO and retire, effective November 7, 2023. He will work with the team and ensure a smooth transition.

Beth has extensive senior leadership capabilities and more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. During her 17 years at HP Inc., she held numerous strategic finance roles, most recently serving as HP’s chief audit executive where she was responsible for leading the company’s internal audit program and oversight of enterprise risk management. Prior roles at HP include CFO for HP’s multi-billion-dollar Graphics Solutions Business and vice president of investor relations.
